Image result for pech bolen Mr. Pech Bolen is a co-founder, the chairman of the board of directors and the Chief Executive Officer of Westline Education Group Co., Ltd (WEG). He is also a vice president of Young Entrepreneur Association of Cambodia (YEAC), and the 2015 Executive Vice President of Junior Chamber International (JCI Cambodia). Mr. Pech Bolen has worked in the fields of educational management, curriculum development, business development and human resource management for 15 years. He holds a Bachelor's Degree of Education, a Bachelor's Degree of Journalism and a Master's Degree of Human Resource Management.

 

Image result for pech bolenMr. Neou Seiha is a co-founder, a board of director and the Chief Financial Officer of WEG. He is also a professional trainer specializing in Economics, Budget Planning and Cash Flow Management; and thus, he develops and advises financial planning and management for many businesses. Before joining WEG, he was a well-known Cambodian economist, and produced many economic and social research publications, and had in-depth experiences in Cambodian economic modeling and research project management. He obtained his Master's Degree in Econometrics and Economics Specialzing in Informative Engineering for Decision and Economic Assessment from the University of LUMIERE LYON 2, France.

 

Image result for kouch phengMr. Kouch Pheng is a board director of WEG. He was a founder of the Logistics Company named AGL in 2004. Currently, he is the chief executive officer and owner of Triumph Link Holding Limited having offices in the United States, China, Hong Kong and Cambodia.

He is a founding partner of Emerging Market Group Holding (EMC) and a founder of Emerging Markets Investment (EMI) and Cambodia - Laos Development Fund. He obtained his Master's Degree of Business Administration from the Business College of Harvard. 

 

Image result for Mr. Mao SavinMr. Mao Savin is a board director of WEG. He has worked for EMC since 2007. He was promoted as chief of the investment program for EMI in 2010. He graduated his Master's Degree in Finance at Charles Sturt University, Australia and Doctorate in Business, Economy and Finance.

 

Image result for Mr. Andrew MacintoshMr. Andrew Macintosh is a board director of WEG. He is currently a director of Hanghong Private Investment Fund in Hong Kong. He was a general manager of Australia National Bank and he was a member of the management board of the supervision committee of Australia - Hong Kong International School. He graduated his Doctorate in Business Management in Hong Kong.
