The program aims to empower​ children and youth through scholarship opportunities, youth workshops and library development. Our scholarship to children from unprivileged family or our partner NGOs has increased access to quality education of disadvantage children and provide community youth and children with valuable resources and supports for better future. As flagship of our social works, our Mobile Library activity has promoted awareness about the importance of reading books which are the source of knowledge and upholding public health education. In 2013, more than 3000 children got oriented why we need educational books and why we need to take care of our body. Additionally, our career guiding youth workshops have been conducted in partnership with National Employment Agency (NEA) and Youth Union Federation of Cambodia (UYFC) for public high schools to prepare high school students for higher education, career and entrepreneurship.
